Highs:

The High Line Canal Trail goes for miles (it goes all the way out to Waterton Canyon!).

Smooth, flat and easy.

There were opportunities to practice single track riding right alongside the main trail in certain sections.

There is a really cool carved bench at about mile 15!

Lows:

The High Line Canal Trail doesn’t have many bridges or underpasses which means you often have to slow down to cross street traffic. (Avoid rush hour.)

Do this ride if you want a chill ride on pretty flat and groomed dirt/gravel trial that gives you a tour of expensive real estate.

Other Notes:

This is a great connector trail to other Denver bike routes.

We recommend starting at Confluence Park or REI in Denver.
